ROSEAU, Dominica -- Representatives from OECS member states will gather in Dominica from October 26-27, for a regional seminar on Intellectual Property Rights . The event is being facilitated by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Intellectual Property comprises creations of the human mind and the human intellect. The rights of creators of innovative or artistic work are known as Intellectual Property Rights.
